Confirmation email receipts are sent to your email, if you have a free mailbox like hotmail or gmail then please check your spam or junk folder,. Please don't try to contact us asking if your order receipt is confirmation - Rest assured your confirmation receipt is 100% confirmation. If we have 50 bookings in a week and we receive 50 confirmations then we will lose several hours to non-constructive administration, we are also distracted from delivering to customers and delayed on our delivery route.
WE NO LONGER PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CONFIRMATIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DUE TO HIGH ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.
If we are 15 minutes late then it is probably due to a previous customer with bad access, please think about moving a vehicle from the access area and clear the access area of 2.5ft clearance to the installation area for our staff before SMS texting us for an update.
If you selected 9AM delivery then it is more than likely that several other customers also chose this options. We try to deliver all 9AM bookings between 8AM and 10AM. All other delivery time options should be on time.
Since moving over to SMS communication we have 100% removed all issues of ambiguity from customer services. To communicate with us please sms text us on 07920 187170. We absolutely will not discuss, recommend or agree to ANYTHING over the phone so calling is completely futile. If you believe you heard us agree to deliver to an out of area location on the phone then sadly that absolutely was not us but we believe you probably spoke to someone from another company.
If we said something over the phone then don't believe a word of it! It probably didn't happen.
You MUST SMS text us in order for us to agree to out of area deliveries, out of area is the £100 delivery area. Once confirmed a £50 delivery discount code will be supplied to you. Delivery areas can be found on our delivery area page. Please don't confuse us with other companies who have similar names and agreed to your delivery over the phone - WE DO NOT HAVE A PHONE SERVICE so would never have agreed to such things.
To save wasting yourself time please note: We usually refuse all deliveries under £250 to the £100 delivery areas on Saturday and Sunday during Peak months (May-September) - We may agree to midweek out of area bookings during peak season but this cannot be guaranteed - SMS text us to confirm. If we agreed to anything over the phone then please be rest assured it wasn't us who agreed to this and it may have been another company.
Please SMS text CANCEL along with your order ID and postcode to 07920 187170 - PLEASE DO NOT SEND CANCELLATION VIA ANY SOCIAL PLATFORM, EMAIL OR APP, IT IS BECOMING IMPOSSIBLE TO MANAGE THE MANY DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS.
We do not accept any other form of cancellation - If you attempt to cancel via email, social platform or app then sadly you will still be charged for the hire and somebody will probably still show up on the day to deliver.
For any order changes please follow the cancellation policy above and then rebook your product for the new date that you require - This will prevent it from being rebooked by the time we administrate your order. Rebooking ensures that all of the details are re-entered and this also ensures all of the new information is up to date and usually prevents mutiple manual changes to the order.
We will refund you if you paid online in the first order.
